Hot Second Half Shooting from Mustangs Down Trojans

Conway, AR – The Hannibal-LaGrange University Men's Basketball Team took on conference opponent Central Baptist on Saturday afternoon. After a very close first half, the Mustangs second half shooting was too much for the Trojans to overcome.

  • The Trojans could not catch up to the hot second half shooting by the Mustangs as they would come out on top 71-49.
  • Both teams got the ball inside well with HLGU scoring 30 points in the paint and Central Baptist scoring 38.
  • The two teams were just about even in turnovers as the Trojans had 14 turnovers and the Mustangs had 13.
