Kansas City, MO - The Hannibal-LaGrange University Softball Team opened pool play on Tuesday afternoon at the NCCAA World Series.  This is the first time in program history that the ladies have participated in the event.  The Trojans played from behind throughout the game as CIU continued to take the lead.  HLGU fought back each time and evened the score until the sixth inning.  Two sacrifice flies did the damage and closed out the first game.
