Hannibal, MO - The Hannibal-LaGrange University Women's Volleyball Team continued American Midwest Conference play on Tuesday night against the Spartans of Missouri Baptist.  MBU is the two time defending National Champions in the NAIA and are currently ranked #5 in the country.  HLGU got through their first set jitters and played in the final two sets.  The Trojans continue to show improvement and gain confidence.

• The Trojans recorded 22 kills while the Spartans had 43.
• Statistically the Spartans terminated the ball at a higher attacking percentage but blocking and digging stats were very similar.

• The Trojans will be back in the MSC on Thursday evening to compete against Harris-Stowe State University.  The game is set to begin at 6 PM.
