Hannibal, MO - The Hannibal-LaGrange Men's Soccer Team faced off against (RV) Williams Baptist University, who sits atop the AMC table, on Saturday for Senior Day. Prior to the match, HLGU honored seniors Javan Callison,
Benjamin Contreras,
Jorge Galindo,
Andrew Khoury,
Nicolas Veneros, and Gideon Ward, for their commitment to the men's soccer program throughout their careers. The Trojans started off the scoring early with a 13th minute goal from
Linus Saewe, taking an early 1-0 lead. The unrelenting attack from the Eagles was too much for the Trojans to handle though, scoring five unanswered goals, going on to win 5-1. The Trojans will face Columbia College next Saturday, November 4 in the AMC Tournament.
