Hannibal, MO – The Hannibal-LaGrange University Softball Team took on Cottey College in an AMC doubleheader on Saturday afternoon. In game one, the Comets scored in each inning, except the first, to win the game 16-0. In the second game, the Trojans battled in a tie game through three innings, but the offense could not put much together, mustering just four hits in the 9-0 defeat. The Trojans will be back in action on Friday, March 29, for a doubleheader against Columbia College at home starting at 2 PM.
