I love the competition, comradery, and individual growth that sports provide for its athletes.

How has participating in athletics prepared you for success?
|
It has made me responsible, competitive, and it has taught me to set high standards for myself and learn how to work hard to meet those standards.

How would you describe HLGU's athletic community?
|
Well connected and very supportive.

What are your three favorite things about HLGU not related to athletics?
|
I love that everybody knows everybody and that no one is afraid to make new friends.
I love that we are not afraid to talk about God in any setting.
I love that I always have many people to turn to when I need a friend.
