Why do you participate in athletics?
|
I participate in athletics because it allows me to connect with others while also pursuing a common goal. Athletics help keep me feeling healthy and allows me to feel better about myself knowing that I’m pursuing my best self every day.

How has partipating in athletics prepared you for success?
|
Athletics set standards and expectations that allow me to push myself to give 100% with everything that I do which is needed to become successful.

How would you describe HLGU's athletic community?
|
HLGU’s athletic community is very friendly and diverse. There are many countries represented throughout the different programs which definitely contributes to the friendly nature of the athletic community.

What are your three favorite things about HLGU not related to athletics?
|
I enjoy the size of the campus because it is just a little bit bigger than where I graduated high school and it feels safe and secure. I enjoy the dorm that I live in because of how big it is and it feels like home. I enjoy how friendly everyone on campus is to one another.
