“Coaching has been something that I feel like I have been doing my whole life. Whether it came to football, basketball, or track, I felt that I was always helping my friends out with technique or form whenever they needed help in their certain positions. Coaching also brings me joy in the fact in seeing kids work hard and then succeeding as a result of their hard work. Being a Christian, coaching opens the door to help kids in whatever it is to see their problems from a Christ-centered point of view and sharing that love and kindness that only come from Christ to them.”

Coach Ross’s coaching philosophy is to impact athletes in the greatest way possible to help them reach their full potential in their sport and to give glory to God in everything.
