Captaining my team to our first varsity win in 20+ years.
National Honors Society.
IACS Top six in Advanced Mathematics.
Class of 2020 Valedictorian.
2019-20 team MVP

Why do you participate in athletics?

I love the brotherhood that is part of the team atmosphere. For me, I play because I have fun doing it. Yes, I want to succeed, but winning isn’t everything.

How has partipating in athletics prepared you for success?

Sports in general have taught me not to give up, no matter how insurmountable the odds. In life, there will be tough days. But we just have to get up the next day and face the challenges of life and trust in the Lord to help us through it.

How would you describe HLGU's athletic community?

I would describe it as a close-knit family where everyone genuinely wants to see their teammates succeed both on the field and in the classroom.

What are your three favorite things about HLGU not related to athletics?

Small classes, the camaraderie among students and professors, and the beautiful campus.
