Why do you participate in athletics?

- I enjoy playing volleyball - I see it also as an opportunity to use the talents God has given to me to bring glory to Him in the way I act on the court - also an opportunity to stay healthy and active

How has partipating in athletics prepared you for success?

It has helped me gain leadership skills, a solid work ethic, people/communicative skills, and helped me to see how I can bring glory to God in all situations

How would you describe HLGU's athletic community?

Christ-centered leaders/coaches

What are your three favorite things about HLGU not related to athletics?

1) the Christ-centered atmosphere, especially in my classes
2) the size of my classes because my teachers are more able to help me than compared to a bigger school where you can get swallowed up easily in the huge amount of people
3) I love getting to play volleyball and go to school with my sister, plus HLG is the perfect distance from home for us
