For New Student-Athletes - list some highlights of your playing and academic careers (i.e. - All-State, National Honors Society, etc.)

I participated in SAaM’s club (Student Ambassadors and Mentors) throughout my junior and senior year of high school and received the Scholar Athlete's Award after every sporting season.

Why do you participate in athletics?

It is a way to express myself and connect with other people who share my interests, plus I am competitive.

How has participating in athletics prepared you for success?

It has taught me how to manage my time and balance my physical and mental health

How would you describe HLGU's athletic community?

HLGU’s athletic community is supportive and caring, much more like a family than other teams.

What are your three favorite things about HLGU not related to athletics?

My three favorite things about HLGU are the kind and tight-knit community, the supportive and caring atmosphere, and the engaging activities and sports that we have access to.
