Frances Knaul is a HLGU Alum in the 2024 graduating class with a B.S. in University Studies. When choosing HLGU, Knaul states, “I love the community here. Everyone around you is so kind. This school not only cares about academic and athletic achievement but also spiritual growth. I have grown so much in my time here and I want to continue to spend time at the school that has helped me grow in so many ways.” Knaul played at Lincoln Christian University for two years then transferred to HLGU. She was a valuable asset on the Lady Trojan Volleyball Team from 2022-2024 as a Libero/DS with achievements such as defensive POTW in the AMC, 371 career digs, and more. Knaul says, “Volleyball has always been a way for me to express myself and have fun.”
We are excited to see the amazing ways Knaul will inspire this program on the road to success.
