ST. PAUL, MN- The Hannibal-LaGrange University Softball Team punched their ticket to the NCCAA Softball World Series with a two game sweep of the University of Northwestern – St. Paul on Wednesday afternoon. Behind solid pitching in both games by
Sicily Johnston and
Emily Bohm, and timely scoring in each game, the Trojans won by scores of 2-1 and 2-0. HLGU will advance to play in the NCCAA Softball World Series in Kansas City, Missouri next week May 17-19. More details on that to come.
