Game Recap: Softball |

Trojans Softball Sweep Hornets on the Road

St. Louis, MO – The Hannibal-LaGrange University Softball Team took on Harris-Stowe State in St. Louis on Friday afternoon. The Trojans dominated the day, winning 12-0 and 18-2. In game one, Andie McCool went 3-3 at the plate with an RBI and three runs scored, Anita Kraus went 2-4, driving in two runs and scoring one. Madyson Klostermann threw a complete game, allowing one hit and two walks in five innings of work. In game two, six Trojan hitters recorded multiple hits. Kraus went 3-3 with a double and a triple and two RBI, Madison Staley went 3-4 with a triple and three RBI, and Payton Seip went 3-5 while driving in two runs. The Trojans will return home to take on Stephens College on Monday, April 21 starting at 2 pm.
